Terms of service
Last updated:
These terms cover the hosted parts of Bicho operated by FreshJuice: this website (bicho.fyi) and its public documentation MCP endpoint. The Bicho server, JavaScript, PHP, Rust, and Python SDKs, and Astro integration are open source under the Apache-2.0 license and are yours to use under that license.
The documentation MCP
bicho.fyi/mcp is a free service that returns public documentation, setup guides, and the API reference. It does not deploy resources, collect your application’s errors, or access your Cloudflare account. See the privacy policy for details.
Your self-hosted Bicho installation runs separately in your own account. You control its configuration and data and are responsible for your provider charges.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the website or endpoint. Normal browsing, automated documentation reading, and MCP use are welcome. Attempts to bypass access controls, submit private credentials, or overload the service may be rate limited or blocked.
No warranty
The hosted services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Documentation and examples may contain errors. Check your configuration before using it in production. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the free hosted services. The open-source software and your rights under its license are unaffected.
